Behavioral Health – Impossible to Reach

This is one of the most frustrating parts of Vista Community Clinic’s phone system. On more than one occasion, I’ve personally spent 40–45 minutes trying to reach Behavioral Health at extension 1227 — only to end up with no answer, no help, and no voicemail.

I tried being transferred by other departments, but no one could get me through. One time, I had to wait an entire weekend just to get through about a critical health issue.

This is unacceptable.

Long Hold Times, No Voicemail, No Help
